Pro Commercial has multiple restoration service capabilities to put your property back to pre-loss condition. See below to learn more.

Restoration

Our job starts with the first report of damage from the insurance carrier and/or the insured. We will respond onsite within 24 hrs of the call.

We use the most up to date technology to digitize the property and provide the most accurate footprint of the building and the details of the loss.

We manage the loss from start to finish. This reduces the number of problems that can arise with multiple contractors involved

As certified damage mitigation and restoration experts, we are constantly growing and innovating, using the most advanced tools and equipment in this industry. We are the calm after the storm, constantly communicating and documenting the entire mitigation and restoration process.

Pro Commercial is strategic in planning the restoration of a facility because we complete both the mitigation and restoration and are adamant about the quality and efficiency in our final product. Using separate companies for mitigation and restoration lessens quality and lengthens the process, costing more in the long run

What to Expect:

• For both Mitigation and Restoration, we know time is of the essence for both the owner and the insurance company and that Business Loss insurance (BLI) can far outweigh the cost of repairs. That’s why Pro Commercial’s priority is to obtain a Lump Sum Contract to mitigate the damage and then restore the property to its original condition. The contract amount for both the mitigation and restoration is agreed upon with the Adjuster, the Insurance Company, and Pro Commercial. This assures all parties that the cost to complete the work will be covered within the policy.

• Often, however, Mitigation needs to start quickly. To accomplish that, an estimate based on “time and material” needs to be used, although it leaves an open ended item on the final contract amount that may result in a difference between what the insurance company is willing to pay and the final bill. For non-emergency mitigations, Pro-Commercial will create a budget and wait for it to be approved before proceeding.

• For Reconstruction, Pro Commercial will establish an estimate and create an approved budget, allowing the insurance company and the adjuster to approve the budget and scope of work to be completed. This estimate establishes an undisputed amount for the insurance company and Pro Commercial to agree on so all parties can quickly close the period of restoration.
