He attributes his success to genuinely caring for the people he serves. “In our field, we regularly encounter people at one of the lowest points in their lives. When we come in, they know we truly want to help get them back on their feet. It’s not something you can fake.” For Dave, the most rewarding moments on the job have been working with adjusters to create solutions that allow a business to operate after a catastrophe with minimal interruption.
Dave got his first job on his neighbor’s dairy farm at five years old and remains devoted to a strong work ethic and serving others. When Dave returns to his home base in Minnesota, he enjoys attending football games with his son and daughter, fishing, and spending time at his cabin.
