Building My Place Hotel Jonesboro to an extended stay prototype

My Place is an extended stay brand, and that changes the building long before anyone sees a finish. Every guest room carries a kitchen with a cooktop, microwave, full-size refrigerator and sink. Repeated across 63 rooms, that is considerably more plumbing and electrical rough-in than a select service hotel with the same room count, and all of it has to be coordinated before the walls close.

The brand prototype governs the guest room package, the public spaces and the exterior. Building to a prototype means the drawings are only half the job, because the finish package has to match what the brand reviewed and approved.
