Marian Aleman

Marian has never known a life without construction. Growing up, she tagged along with her dad to job sites, exposing her to the fast-paced, dynamic nature of the industry at an early age. Today, Marian brings her go-getter attitude and resourceful nature to her role as project coordinator, managing a wide range of administrative tasks to free up project managers and superintendents, allowing them to focus on mitigation and build-back efforts to make clients whole. “I love how every day in construction brings something new. The industry is straightforward in many ways, yet packed with complexities that keep me constantly learning.”
