We’ve just broken ground on another VASA Fitness project, this time in Matteson, IL. These fitness centers are truly an incredible product, and we’re grateful to be part of bringing them to new communities. Coming soon!
Taking a project from start to finish is an amazing experience, and one that’s even better with the right team involved early. When you engage a commercial general contractor as a design-builder, immense value can be added to the project. This early collaboration aligns design decisions to coincide with real-world construction costs and allows the general contractor to apply value engineering strategies that optimize both cost and quality. This helps avoid costly redesigns, uncover savings, and keep the project on schedule and on budget. With a GC’s input from the start, you benefit from better constructability, faster delivery, and a smoother path from concept to completion.
We are fully dried in on our Tru by Hilton project in Norwalk and making great progress with insulation and interior walls. The building is really starting to take shape as we continue pushing forward. We’re excited to see this project come to life and even more excited about the value this hotel will bring to the Norwalk, Iowa community!
